All storage units are rented on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Rent is due on the agreed-upon date each month and must be paid in full to maintain access to your unit. Failure to pay rent on time may result in late fees, restricted access, or termination of your rental agreement.
Frisco Mini Storage reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a rental agreement in accordance with applicable law and facility policies.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their stored items comply with all applicable regulations.
Customers may access their storage unit during posted access hours or as otherwise permitted by the facility. Frisco Mini Storage provides drive-up access for convenience; however, customers are responsible for securing their own units with approved locks.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to property stored in rented units.
Frisco Mini Storage provides a secure facility with features such as gated access, surveillance systems, and controlled entry. However, we do not guarantee the safety or security of stored items.
Customers acknowledge that they store items at their own risk. Frisco Mini Storage is not liable for theft, damage, loss, or destruction of personal property stored on-site.
We recommend that customers maintain their own insurance coverage for stored belongings.
Rent payments are required monthly and must be made on time. Additional fees may apply for late payments, returned payments, or other account issues. Continued non-payment may result in lien enforcement and potential auction of stored contents, as permitted by law.
Customers may terminate their rental agreement at any time by providing notice and removing all belongings from the unit. The unit must be left clean and empty. Any remaining items may result in additional charges.
Frisco Mini Storage may also terminate agreements for nonpayment, violation of facility rules, or misuse of the property.
Use of the Frisco Mini Storage website is intended for informational and service-related purposes only. Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
Frisco Mini Storage reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
